Transcript Request

Current Seniors need to request transcripts for most colleges through Naviance.

Please follow the following steps:

• Log in to Naviance and go to the Colleges Tab.

• Click the Transcripts link to the left

• Click Request Transcripts for My College Applications.

• Look up and select your college(s).

• Make sure to select your decision type and click the box to send your test scores. You can also go to ‘request transcripts’ from your ‘colleges I’m applying to list.’

• When ordering transcripts through Naviance to send to colleges - make sure you check to see if the transcript will be uploaded electronically.

  • There will be a picture of a computer with or without CA in it.

  • If it is going to be sent through the mail it will show a postage stamp.

If your transcript(s) needs to be sent through the mail please follow the following steps:

• You will need to bring a blank envelope with a postage stamp on it to the Counseling Office.

• Each school needs its own blank postage stamped envelope .

• If the school(s) you are applying to need the following below, you will need to supply 3 individual postage stamped envelopes for each college.

  • an initial transcript,
  • a mid-year transcript,
  • the final transcript                         

Current Seniors applying for college through the common application, you will need to make a counseling appointment to have your transcript sent to that college/University.

All Common Application schools require:

• A school report,

• Counselor Recommendation

• At least one teacher recommendation.

Students can submit applications to nearly 500 colleges and universities through the Common Application. You and your recommenders will only need to complete one application and can submit to multiple schools. All Common Application schools require a school report by your counselor. Many Common App schools will require a counselor recommendation and at least one teacher recommendation.
